  • Smart APP Control: The automatic feeder supports APP for IOS and Android systems. The Timed Pet Feeder can keep scheduled 10 meals one day on app control, and every meal has from 1 to 40 portions, about 5g per portion. If you want more than 40 portions, please programmed another portion for one minute after the feeding time.
  • 4.5L Large Capacity: Our automatic dog feeder is equipped with 2-way splitters, baffles, anti-clog design structure, which ensure dispensed evenly between the 2 bowls. This 4.5L cat feeder can only be used for dry food with a food size between 0.2 and 0.6 inches. The large capacity ensures your pets stay full no matter where are you.
  • 10s Voice Recording: With the newly upgraded recording settings. Long press the “Mic” button of the auto cat feeder to record 10s voices. This message will be played every time a feeding is allocated, calling your cat to eat on time. You can also turn off the sound of the recorder so that your pet will have a good night’s sleep on the weekend.
  • Dual Power Supply: The food dispenser is powered by a 5V DC adapter (adapter not included) and 3 D-size batteries(Batteries are NOT included). Even if the power supply is unexpectedly cut off or the adapter is suddenly disconnected from the power supply, it can still use batteries to continue working. In addition, it is equipped with setting memory, you don’t need to reset the parameters after powering off.
  • OPERATING TIPS: Download the TUYA iOS/Android app for free. Compatible with iOS 9.0 or later or a compatible Android smartphone 4.4 or later. Your home WiFi network needs to be at a 2.4GHz frequency in order for the pet feeder to work.

APP Remote Control & Button Setting

  • Connected to the Internet: Make a feeding schedule through the mobile app, and remotely control the machine to feed.
  • Network Disconnection: Press the button on the machine to make a feeding schedule, using a memory chip, no need to reset the parameters when the power is turned off.

FQA

  1.  Will this work if the Wi-Fi gets disconnected? 
    If you have configured the schedule, the feeder saves this configuration and it will work even if it’s not connected to the Internet. But when the feeder is not connected, the ‘log’ that shows the history of the feeder actions doesn’t get updated.
  2.  How many meals can be scheduled at one time?
    Program up to 10 meals to feed on your pet’s schedule; 1-40 portions per meal, (The portions per meal have been upgraded up to 40 portions, and customers who only schedule 12 portions can restart the machine to complete the upgrade.)
  3. How to connect the APP?
    The smart dog feeder can be connected to WIFI (Only supports 2.4GHz WiFi). Scanning the QR code of the manual or the QR code on the automatic cat feeder to download the “TUYA” APP and follow the steps on the APP to connect the automatic feeder.
  4. How big of a piece of kibble can this handle without getting jammed?
    Recommended kibble size 2-10mm (0.2-0.4 inch).

Step 1: Download the App

Download “Tuya” smart APP and sign up.

Note：

1. Support iOS 9.0 or higher iPhone; support Android 4.4 or higher smartphone.

2. Only support 2.4G network connection, not support 5G network for now.

 

 

Step2：Find Your Automatic Cat Feeder

1. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.

2. Open the APP, and click the “+”.

3. Make sure the machine light is flashing quickly.

 

 

 

Step 3：Enter Your WiFi Password

1. Enter your WiFi password and get connected via 2.4GHz network.

2. Please make sure the WIFI password is correct. If the WIFI password contains special characters or more than 12 digits, please change the WIFI password first.

 

 

 

Step 4: Connection Success

Create your feeding schedule and get started.

If the configuration fails, please power off and restart the feeder press and hold the Reset button for 10s, then wait for about 2 mins to reconfiguration.
