- Â Will this work if the Wi-Fi gets disconnected?Â
If you have configured the schedule, the feeder saves this configuration and it will work even if it’s not connected to the Internet. But when the feeder is not connected, the ‘log’ that shows the history of the feeder actions doesn’t get updated.
- Â How many meals can be scheduled at one time?
Program up to 10 meals to feed on your pet’s schedule; 1-40 portions per meal, (The portions per meal have been upgraded up to 40 portions, and customers who only schedule 12 portions can restart the machine to complete the upgrade.)
- How to connect the APP?
The smart dog feeder can be connected to WIFI (Only supports 2.4GHz WiFi). Scanning the QR code of the manual or the QR code on the automatic cat feeder to download the “TUYA” APP and follow the steps on the APP to connect the automatic feeder.
- How big of a piece of kibble can this handle without getting jammed?
Recommended kibble size 2-10mm (0.2-0.4 inch).
Step 1: Download the App
Download “Tuya” smart APP and sign up.
Note:
1. Support iOS 9.0 or higher iPhone; support Android 4.4 or higher smartphone.
2. Only support 2.4G network connection, not support 5G network for now.
Step2:Find Your Automatic Cat Feeder
1. Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth.
2. Open the APP, and click the “+”.
3. Make sure the machine light is flashing quickly.
Step 3:Enter Your WiFi Password
1. Enter your WiFi password and get connected via 2.4GHz network.
2. Please make sure the WIFI password is correct. If the WIFI password contains special characters or more than 12 digits, please change the WIFI password first.
Step 4: Connection Success
Create your feeding schedule and get started.
If the configuration fails, please power off and restart the feeder press and hold the Reset button for 10s, then wait for about 2 mins to reconfiguration.
