What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We deliver to your house by our own team or our delivery partner.

Do You Ship to other province than Phnom Penh?

Absolutely Yes, We ship nationwide. But please note that we only deliver to your doorstep in Phnom Penh city.

To other provinces, we will ship your package by BUS so you need to drive to pick the package up at the bus station by yourself.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders received prior to 4:30 PM will be processed within the same business day provided that the goods are in stock and customer information is verified. To ensure that orders placed online prior to 2:30 PM will prepare and deliver the next day. After hour, weekend, and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

Order received after 4:30 PM consider as the next day order will be prepared and ship out the day after.

Absolutely Yes, Normally every online order our representative will confirm you back within 4 hours to make sure with the order and payment methods.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order. But remember if you don’t have an account you will not be able to modify your order.

I don’t have an Account. How do I track my order?

If you don’t have Account with us.  Don’t worry,  You always can track your order status via Order Tracking, You just need to input your email and order number.

How Can I Return or Exchange a Product?

We take full responsibility if we did NOT send you enough item(s), wrong item(s),  expired or broken due to our mistake. We will replace you with a new item or process the refund right away after the inspection. You don’t have to pay for any extra return or delivery fee.

Please be inform that, Exchange or return because of you have changed your mind or you choose the wrong item(s) by yourself. The Exchange or Refund can only be process in our physical store. Because our delivery partner unable to take product(s) from you and bring back to us.

In a very special case, You can provide us your reason. If we can help to process the exchange, We will do it. But, you need to pay for the delivery fee and return fee.

However, we require the following conditions:
(1). products must be in original condition, not yet use, with it’s plastic cover, tag., etc. (We reserve our full rights to inspect the products carefully before process the exchange or refund.)
(2). Exchange only possible for one time, Please check your item(s) carefully.

We reserves full rights to refuse any return if the customer has an abnormal pattern of returning products.
